What do we collect?

Golden Eve Photography (d.b.a. Sarah Dickerson Portraits) primarily collects Personal Data provided to us by individuals when they interact with our products, services, and customer service. There are two main ways we can collect your data:


  • You may voluntarily provide us with Personal Data when you enter a giveaway, contest or event, submit a form online, call or email us directly, subscribe to our newsletters, or give us your business card in person.


  • We also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Microsoft Windows or Mac OS), the type of viewing device you are using (e.g. phone, tablet, or desktop), and so on. The types of automatically collected data collected on our websites through the use of these and other tools may include: the search terms you used, new or returning user information, browser information, computer or device type, operating system, internet service provider, website usage, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, number of clicks, and ads viewed.



How do we use this informtaion?

There are a few ways we may use your information:

  • Personalize your Internet experience. We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience.

Can you remove yourself from our newsletter?

Yes, you can do this at any time by opening an previously sent newsletter and selecting, 'unsubscribe' at the bottom. This will remove you from that contact list. Routinely, those lists are cleaned out. At that time anyone that has unsubscribed will be delected from the list. Then, only through the above actions of actively submitting your information again will you be added back to the list.

We may use your information for the following purposes:
